For many years, Chip Bowness and Brian O'Ruairc travelled to Cambodia to oversee the upgrades and provide site supervision of the work. These upgrades were funded by Rotary District 5050 Grants, the Rotary Club of South Surrey, and the Tiarnan Humanitarian Association (THA.) New Rotary member, Doug Baker joined Brian to the Happy Home Project work this March 2024.
